If u need attack speed u can get "gsw" (halberd skill), but it will make u very fragile (u can die in one hit). This is the essential skill for bow the rest it's up to u. Lvl long rage to 10 (increase CF damage), also bow mastery to lvl 10 (increase overall damage). Lvl your crit up to 10 (ignore the rest crit up only) Very good skill against static enemy (like venena). Get the satellite arrow (Hunter skill) it's good against high armor enemy. Get an opener, use smite on Satellite Arrow (bloodsucker if you want to recover HP once it hits), then a combo ender that will not be used unless you get close (like Kick with consecutive tag).
